When will we see the first Native American president of the USA? - first american webmail

Everyone talks about the first President of "black" or perhaps the first "woman" as president and it's time, etc. etc. etc. but what about the Indians? Who? Who is your political leader and voice, and we will see a Native American president?

There were no Native American senators. As mentioned Nightingale is one of the most famous.

The Vice President said he had some Indian blood, but never saw it. It was not active in the culture.
Although Winona LaDuke ran as Vice President with Ralph Nader a few years ago. They have a large number of votes as they were one of the two major parties.

I wish it were otherwise, but to be honest, I see the American people ready for an indigenous president.
The reason I say this because many people believe that the natives hope to achieve, a "white" and if I never had much power in this country will take all our land, and so on. etc. .. There is only so much fear, stereotypes, especially when it comes to the history of this nation, people are not ready for yet.

Having said that most of the people some Indian blood in them what I'm talking about a person who is active in the indigenous culture. And I think many people from sources that could be thea good president of the United States. I also believe that many people "delete" and is likely to be elected but would be no difference after ....

Well, it's a complicated question. These are my first thoughts. I am an Indian woman on the street.

Natives have been senators and congressmen. Most notable was Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell of Colorado.

Never again during the westward expansion, there is no majority, they are now in small Indian reserves, with the casino in it. We have a corpse of Mexico at a time in the near future.

Well
As it was mentioned that our Native American members of Congress. We still have some reservations for each tribe tribe elects its leaders. These reserves are a little scattered in several countries.

All Indians are able to vote for state and national elections. And many are involved in the national political process out.

One of our Louisiana just elected an Indian ethics (the country India) as governor. Thus, racial prejudice, and there are still some places declined significantly.

I know what you mean, but this is more like an oxymoron. All Americans born in America have ancestors in America, or rather, a heritage of America, Americans, a "native".
